Dear all, Attached is a draft README.scons file. Please feel free to make any changes you deem reasonable (You know English is not my first language). I have put everything together, whether or not we should split it and put things in README.win32, README.msvc etc can be decided later.
Abdel, Enrico, please expand the mingw/cygwin/msvs sections. I am not sure whether or not we should list exact web addresses and building commands. Cheers, Bo
