I didn't tried seriously to build MSVC with Aspell, sorry. I guess that
changing the extension of the mingw compiled static library from .a to
.lib should work. Will try.

build, I can have a full lyx.exe. This route (instead of mingw) should
be the official windows build later on.
Note that there still a resize bug there.
