I don't know! And now I think about it maybe it was there but I did not
encounter it. AFIAS the bug is there only if you
1) open a document
2) scroll a bit
3) resize
If you resize without scrolling first the bug is not there but the
message is. I think it is an initialization problem in the scrolling
handling.
