Sorry but it is a bit more complicated... In my system it is
QtCored4.dll and QtGuid4.dll so it is not just a suffix.
If you have QtCore4d.dll, then the patch should work. Otherwise, look
for frontend_libs and change suffix.

Thanks but don't worry too much about that I will do the change myself
now that I know what to do.
Only the moc'able files need to be changed accordingly.

Sorry, I can't test for that...
This is for gcc, and I got worse performance with pch. I will trying
to figure out why.
