In theory, it would be desirable to support as much fonts as possible. In 
practice, however, I needed very much hardcoding for each font, 
unfortunately, which really limits the number, so I decided to go for the 
most common CTAN fonts at first.

In the long run, I think we should try to set up an interface where the users 
(or packagers) can easily add other fonts (in an external style file). This 
needs some careful thinking, though, and, as Georg convinced me, should best 
be implemented in conjunction with some general document setting framework.

Ironically, I couldn't be more concerned myself by this limitation, because I 
usually use a commercial font and therefore still need the preamble.
