Yes. that is why I said "implementation". but the case for qt signals
(that we define ourselves) are just the same as for boost::signals.
We don't annotate them with comments or "emit".
Right and I find that misleading. It took me some time to understand
what this code in Bufferview_pimpl.C was about:
owner_->view_state_changed();
