From his output: AFPL Ghostscript 8.14 (2004-02-20). So the version is
recent enough. In any case, if he comments out a couple of lines in
lyx.bat, or runs lyx.exe directly, the image displays, and presumably
the same version of GS is being called.
He recently posted that he hit the same bug in another image. Both
images were produced by MATLAB. If MATLAB were the culprit, though, I
doubt commenting out the aiksaurus environment variable would fix anything.
