AFAIR, under Window XP and with MSVC2005 it links to the DLLs defined in
the manifest file. You have two choices:
1) Distributing these dlls
2) Install the relevant MS package...
Everything is explained deeply somewhere in the MSDN doc. For windows
system that does not understand manifest file (Win < XP), it is simpler
I think.
