Interesting, it seems that q, qt, qt2 are all ok, but qt3 are wrong... scons is being overly clever here. I will fix it.
Fixed.
An easily forgotten python fact: ('qt2') is not a tuple, ('qt2',) is.
q and qt are all *in* 'qt2', but not in ('qt2',). :-)
