Don't set your hopes too high. I just wanted to see what is so
fantastic about qt4.

Man, I never claimed that it is fantastic, I just said it is better than qt3 right now. Code wise, feature wise and performance wise (at least on windows). It apparently lags behind gtk performance wise. But the trunk is not reflecting that currently so don't judge it now. You should have tested it before unicode to get a clear opinion. I remember Jose saying that except for math scrolling problem, mouse scrolling was quite usable.


Does this mean I should apply?

The changes look good but is this a cleanup or a bug fix? I don't see all toobar buttons and menu items as checkable here...
