A separate brnch for 1.1.6?

Mike, what was the intent about tagging files with lyxdoc-1_1_6 and
lyxdoc-1_1_6-updates? What files should we take for release? If you
want to do 1.1.6 updates in a separate branch you should create one
(cvs tag -b). I have some updates for french stuff, and now I do not
know where it should go...
