This is intended, because it is the Intro manual and LyX functions are a very special thing for trained LyX users.
Also, the entries are not in the same order as on the help menu. But perhaps that isn't a problem.
This shouldn't be a problem. --- Btw. the nb Intro.lyx file was not compilable because you used absolute image paths. I corrected it now. regards Uwe
