[LyX_users] Footnotes from table columns?

  Two quick questions.

  I can't make a footnote from within a table.
  Is this a feature or a bug?

  Where in the documentation are the instructions about binding keys
sequencies to characters to print. I need to be able to produce an `a' with a
macron.
