Feature suggestion. If I click on "Table of Contents", I get a popup
list of chapters/sections.
If I click on "List of Figures" or "List of Tables", why not popup the
list of figures/tables as done when I am creating a cross-reference. I
realize they are not separated in the popup box. Maybe some marker
showing if it is a table or a figure would help in that popup box, and
then you could popup the same box in both cases.
