I'd like to include a document as a chapter in some other 'master' document. The document to be included has its own layout regarding chapter/section/subsection. I'd like to include this structure in the master document under a chapter heading such that all 'chapter' layouts in the included doc become sections and all 'section' layouts in the included doc become subsections and so on. Is there any support in LyX available to achieve this? Of course, ideally the doc to be included should still be around for processing as a standalone document which means it should not be changed at all. If this wasn't a requirement I obviously could write a little script to make the necessary changes. Ideally what I am looking for is some sort of relative chapter/section numbering scheme where the base could be adjusted according to the level where something is included.
