seems to have a little bug in lyx 1.04 (sorry, I don't yet upgrade). may be already corrected. example : one uses figures, then want to switche to floats figures. Try to create fugure float and then cut and paste figure in it. So far so good, but impossible to get the caption under the figure. To get this one must create the figure float and insert (not paste) the figure from disk. Note also that use of the last line of the figure windows (in french "sous-figure" and "titre") gives cryptic latex errors. But the use of this line is cryptic by itself... thanks for all note also than the support for .gif files should be great.
