html2latex foo.html -> foo.tex
then Import as LaTeX -> foo.lyx

A bit of hacking needed, produces \documentstyle instead of \documentclass
Not much experience with it (I use a local simple script and recommend anyway
to have the master file in LyX and export to html), feedback welcome.
