I'm not sure I understand this, sorry...
My problem was to remove the page numbers from the table of contents, egg:
     Chapter 1: toto............................ 1
     1.1 tata............................................ 2
should be replaced by:
     Chapter 1: toto
     1.1 tata
... sorry if I wasn't clear.

When I insert those two lines, the line "your_reference_chapter......1"  is
inserted in the table of contents... that's a nice thing to know.
