watermark - answer

Ages ago I asked whether it was possible to use a watermark. Those
who responded felt it wasn't. I have found one solution I thought I
would share with you all in case others seek the same thing.

Using the fancybox package, and the subsequent \thisfancyput or
\fancyput command, it is possible to do a kind of watermark. 

This requires the use of ERT, naturally.
