You have two choices change your xforms library or upgrade to
1.1.4fix3. Get the three fix patches from your local lyx mirror and apply
them one after the other to a clean 1.1.4 (ie. do a 'make distclean'
before applying the patches to your current source tree).
The obvious best choice is upgrading.
