Hi all,
I tried to install the Windows-Port of Lyx 1.1.4, but I didn't succeed.
In a first try, I at least got a window popping up, complaining about a
missing tmp-directory, but I couldn't get Lyx installed properly. (So my
X-Server should be fine!?)
I started from the scratch again, now if I execute runlyx.bat I get:
BadLength
0 [sig] lyx 1001 stckdump ...
If I execute runconfigure, I get an error message:
sed: file chkconfig.sed line 1: Unknown option to 's'
Runconfigure.bat creates packages.lst and textclass.lst in /lyx of my
Home-Directory, but neither the lyxrc.defaults nor the lyxrc are created.
Putting these two files manually there didn't help either.
I think I'm stuck, so any help is appreciated!
