I didn't check, but I guess that the -m option of fig2dev
*should* work, so that
fig2dev -L pstex -m 0.5 -p bar foo.fig > foo.pstex
fig2dev -L pstex_t -p foo.pstex foo.fig > foo.pstex_t
is a way to do it.
Din't check however, hope that scaling the graphics is enough
and that the -m option is not needed in the second command...
