Hmm.. this is a pity. Two things you may try:
1. Enable the message pane below the View menu.
Activate the debug messages for LaTeX production.
Then press the pdf creation button and copy the 
contents of the message pane to your next mail.
2. Try to do what Wolfgang proposed.
Rename the folder(s) with space(s) in the name
and eliminate the spaces.
