Original text below. I'm currently using the REVTeX (v. 4.1) document class within LyX 2.2.0rc1 on OSX 10.11.4 with custom behavior "12pt,aps.prb,reprint,twocolumn". A couple strange behaviors I'm seeing that I wonder if anyone else experienced: 1. The diamond/line separating the references from the remainder of the document spans both columns when I would expect it to span one. 2. The "Electronic Addess" for the author appears in a footnote on the second (last?) page, not the first. Example in the attached. Thoughts on how to make this "more like" the actual paper format?
