Delete Figure?

Hi!

I have just started using Lyx for writing my thesis.
I have included a figure using <insert->figure> command. Now if I want to
delete it, how should I do that?
I tried selecting the figure, but that doesn't work.
Is there a way to get rid of the figure from the document?
