Thank you for the information that this was (is) a recognized problem. However, after the update to 2.3.4.2, I am still experiencing the exact same slow file saving problem on Windows 10. I rebooted just to be sure, and I did check that I had the newest version installed. Anyone else notice that this problem persists?
