Hi all, Just to provide another data point, I also encountered this problem on my two M1 mac machines, both were upgraded to Ventura recently. On one machine files cannot be loaded; On the other one all keyboard shortcuts stop working. It's probably because the bind file is not loaded properly. Not sure whether it's related.
I tried the trick below and it didn't solve the problem. `sudo ln -s /usr/bin/python3 /usr/local/bin/python` -Zhiyu
