Thanks for that advice. You're right that the Application Style is what controls the scroll bar colour, but I like Fusion because the horizontal icon bars take up less vertical space which gives more space for the LyX document. Is there a way to tweek just the scroll bar colour in a Fusion configuration file somewhere?
