Actually it is ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/stable/patch-1.1.6fix2.gz for
those who directly use

wget ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/stable/patch-1.1.6fix2.gz

Also, I had to extract the fresh fix1 source to use the patch, make
distclean was not enough...
