Can you attach an example? As minimal as you possibly can...
Don't use images if you won't send them as well, you can
use the example-image image which is part of TeXLive if you
don't want to share the image and it still produces the error with it
(with includegraphics[width=.5\textwidth]{example-image} in ERT for example).
