Antoine, perhaps I misunderstand your line: LyX is a piece of free software, there is no company behind it, nobody has to support you. The source code is free and open to everybody. So you can implement your desired features yourself, or pay somebody to do it for you. Or you convince developers, that they urgently need 3D PDF and movie inserts.
