Table of Contents glitch

In LyX 1.1.6fix3 (and probably earlier versions), selecting a paragraph
style other than *standard* containing a 'table of contents' insert leads to
LaTeX errors (eg. with description). Using the enumerate environment leads
to special effects ....
This could be fixed by automagically selecting standard if a TOC is present.
