You can do in two ways, 1. put the three line of your latex command as an ERT in the top of your document (change with command C-l or Layout --> TeX style [I don't know exactly, my LyX is in german], or... 2. put your latex command in latex preamble, by using command Insert --> latex preamble In my LyX, both worked fine...
