I'm really not certain on the proper terminology, but is there a way to
create landscape book signatures in LyX/LaTeX? Perhaps a little ASCII art
would help clarify what I mean. Assume USletter, side one of the page looks
like this:

______________________________
                4 1
blah, blah, blah, In the beginning
blah, blah, blah, there was blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
the end. blah, blah, blah,
______________________________

Side two would look like this:
______________________________
                2 3
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
____________________________

Ok, so my ASCII art is terrible. But hopefully you can see what I'm trying
to get at. When side one is folded in half, page one in on top. Open it up
and pages two and three are inside, with page four on the back.
        Thanks,
        :Peter
(P.S. If I remember correctly, a proper book signature is made up of four
sheets, for a total of sixteen pages, but I don't need to be that fancy.)
