Hi list, I'm writing my first paper with lyx+pybliographer (great thanks to developers!) and I need to have the references in Vancouver style (beloved of medical journals such as JAMA, NEJM and BMJ). Does anyone of you know where to find a .bst file for Vancouver style? I checked the CTAN archive and didn't see anything appropriate. I tried to use "latex makebst" , but I can't get the right style.
