Ah, ha! Thanks for the pointer. I had libqt3-devel-3.1.1 installed, but the
/usr/lib/qt3 directory wasn't in the path. Adding
'--with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt3/lib --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt3' to the
configure string did the trick.
