author footnote problem

Hello,

I am trying to get arabic numbers in a footnote with authors info. The 
subscripts number over the names show correctly in arabic but in the 
actual footnote the number are shown as symbols.
I have attached a sample lyx file that reproduces my problem.

Any help appreciated.
