html export on Mac

I seem to be having a heck of a time getting either TtH or latex2html to 
work on Mac (OS X). Everything else, including pdflatex preview, works 
perfectly, thanks to Ron James' Lyx-on-Mac package. Any suggestions 
would be greatly appreciated. My primary problem seems to be that I 
can't be the TtH into the bin folder.
