How are you printing the PDF file? Adobe Acrobat has a "fit to page" option (which might be on by default) that ends up scaling everying by about 94%, at least in the US with a "letter" page size. This has the effect of giving you a larger margin and smaller text that you want. Other programs that print PDF files might be doing something similar. With Acrobat, you can request "no scaling", and you will get the margins and text size you expect. ...hope this helps...dave case
