José, you could do two things: 1. Export the lyx file to latex and look at the result. It's probably obvious what is going wrong then. 2. Write your commutative diagram in a separate file and use the Include inset to insert it into your LyX document. The advantage of doing this is that you'll be able to get an InstantPreview of the diagram --- although in 1.3.x you also and automatically get previews of all your amthed equations :( -- Angus
