I am using lyx in writing my thesis. The problem is in referencing of
equations in a chapter. I have used \setcounter{equation}{0} in
the preamble of the master document and also at the beginning of each new
chapter. still in few chapters the numbers have changed and they do not
represent the actual referenced equation numbers in the final output .ps
file.What else should I do to correct the equation number references. Thanks in advance Subir
