Start the theorem, then enter the enumerate environment and press Alt-P Right
or the small button with a right arrow and tool tip saying increase environment
depth to nest the enumatation environment in the theorem. When you change to
the theorem environement again it will be regarded as part of the original (You
just need to make sure that the enumeration is nested properly).
