Yes, when read that I immediately downloaded Abiword to see for myself how well it truly was. Abiword, which unlike other projects does not have li- cence-related restrictions, could make use of this Open project, which can possibly be 'plugged' into LyX some time in the future... or so I hope.
What about Lyx? That feature would be extremely useful to me.
