in the INRSTeX Reference Manual. [written in English]
The program appears to be written in English. But the version
is old and perhaps there are compatibility problems. Perhaps
not, since Michel Gosse says it is "easy to use". Also I didn't
see any download page for a newer version at Patrick Fradin's.
