Hello, I want to use bookstab package for nices tables, doc of this package came with example, this example work in kile but in lyx I only get errors and errors like:
You haven´t defined [EMAIL PROTECTED] yet and many others. I try with example in or out ERT, in or out of float, etc., but I can´t get bookstab work. What I make bad?
