\documentclass[frenchb]{onera}
Hmm, in LyX 1.3.7 you get "frenchb" when you choose french, and "french"
when you choose french(Gutenberg). In LyX 1.4 you don't have this choice
- perhaps a bug?
The french people should know an answer.
