Workaround for the localized menu problem of LyX for Windows

Hello LyXers,

LyX 1.4.1 on Windowsis always starts with english menus. We are working 
to fix this for the next release. In the meantime you ca apply this 
small workaround:
Ad this line:
set LYX_LOCALEDIR=<LyXdir>\Resources\locale

as second line to the file "lyx.bat" that you could find in the \bin 
subdirectory of LyX's installation directory. Replace "<LyXdir>" with 
your installation directory, e.g.

set LYX_LOCALEDIR=C:\Program Files\LyX141\Resources\locale
