How to write integrals with limits forced to be above and below?

How do I do this using LyX?

I would like to write integrals with limits forced to be above and below the integral sign, as in the first example of the attached figure. I can't find any button in the Math Panel the performs this task, is there any? I have only suceeded in writing an integral with the limits to the right of the integral sign, as in the second example of the attached figure.
