Hi Juan,
which system are you using? In Linux it is a matter of distribution, e.g. on 
Debian it is sufficient to execute "sudo apt-get install aspell-es".

In Windows, it depends on the installer used. 
If you used LyXWinInstaller (http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/LyXWinInstaller),
the aspell program is already installed. 

All you have to do is to pick which dictionaries you want to use, see:
