lyx 1.4.3-4 and Acrobat on exit

Hello,

When I try to quit Lyx after using the View-->PDF(pdflatex) option, I 
get the following dialog box, Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 
error: "The application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an 
unusual way."
This happens if I forget to close Adobe Reader before I quit from Lyx. 
I am running on a Windows XP machine, and using the PDFview tweak from 
the wiki site: http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/LyXWinTips (Improved PDF 
viewing).
